高校图书馆福利收入货币显性化合理性的经济分析

摘　　要：运用西方经济学中收入预算线——无差异曲线原理,分析了现阶段我国高校图书馆员工的隐性福利收入变为员工的名义货币收入后无差异曲线的移动,指出变员工的隐性福利收入(物质收入)为员工的名义收入(现金收入),可在不增加图书馆成本的情况下提高员工的工作效用水平。By using the income budget line——indifference curve principle in the western economics, this paper analyzes the movement of indifference curve after the employee＇ s invisible welfare income is changed into the employee＇s currency income in university library in our country at present, and points out that this change can improve the working effectiveness level of librarians without increasing the cost of the library.
