摘　　要：对我国企业利用商业信用的现状进行了分析,探讨了制约商业信用发展的原因,提出促进商业信用发展的措施。This paper analyzes the present situation of Chinese enterprise＇s using commercial credit, probes into the factors restricting the development of commercial credit, and advances some measures for promoting the development of commercial credit.
