摘  要:文中以柠檬酸为络合剂,用溶胶-凝胶法制备超细Fe_2O_3粉,并用TG/TA对干凝胶进行了热分析,用XRD、SEM对产物的粒度及分散性进行了表征;考察了无水乙醇,乙二醇及金属离子与柠檬酸摩尔比对产物粒度、形貌及分散性的影响.结果表明:柠檬酸溶胶-凝胶法制备的Fe_2O_3的粒度比醇盐法的要细,乙二醇的加入能够减轻产物的团聚现象,当金属离子与柠檬酸的摩尔比为1:1时,产物的粒度和分散性最佳,XRD测出原始晶粒的精确尺寸为18.3 nm,SEM所测团粒的平均粒径为200 nm左右,且颗粒近似球形.The superfine Fe2O3 powder has been prepared by sol-gel process with citric acid. The thermal analysis of samples has been investigated by TG/DTA, the size and the dispersive of particles have been characterized with XRD and SEM techniques. Influences of ethanol, glycol and the mole ration of metallic ion and citric acid on the particle size and the dispersive of particles have also been studied. Results show that Fe2O3 powders prepared by citric acid are finer than that by ethanol salt.The conglomeration can be reduced by the use of glycol.h proves that when the mole ration of metallic ion and citric acid is 1:1, the particle size and the dispersive of particles are in their best station. The primitive crystal diameter measured by XRD is 18.3 nm and the average diameter of particles measured by SEM is about 200nm.
