摘　　要：在日益激烈的国力竞争中,人才是提高国际竞争力的核心因素。在经济全球化背景下人才培养的国际竞争力的提升具有现实性、紧迫性、持续性,日益成为所有大学发展战略的中心。With much more competition in the state＇ s comperative egde, the cultivating of talents with the international visions has been the core factor. Under the condition of globalization, it has become the key factor for the development strategy of the universities. To improve the competitiveness of the talents has been a realistic, emergent and continuous task for colleges and universities graduates.
