单板塑料发泡复合功能板的研制

摘　　要：研究利用脲醛树脂胶、异氰酸酯、聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液胶和改性的聚醋酸乙烯酯乳液胶对木材和聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料材料进行复合,同时试验得出复合板的最佳生产工艺,并测试复合板的胶合性能、保温性能和隔音性能,结果表明复合板的保温性能、隔音效果良好,可作为墙体保温、隔音、装饰材料。Poplar veneers, which used as surface layers, and the expanded polystyrene were composed by UF, MDI, PVAc and modified PVAc to fabricate a new multifunctional composite board. The optimized production process was obtained by experiments. The bonding strength and heat transfering coefficient and sound absorbing coefficient of the board were determined. The results showed that the presented composite was suitable for the application of interior wall board where thermal insulation and sound insulation design are required.
