分析护理人员被针头刺伤的原因并提出防范措施

摘　　要：目的探讨护理人员被针头刺伤的原因,并提出防范措施。方法采用问卷调查方法,按工龄分组,分为三组。对我院180名护士进行问卷调查,工龄在1￣5年的60名;工龄在6￣10年的60名;工龄在11-15年的60名。调查2660.10￣2007.10月期间,护理人员在护理操作过程中针头刺伤的情况。结果工龄在1￣5年的发生针头刺伤是58名,占总人数的96.7%,总计发生针头刺伤160次;工龄在6￣10年的发生针头刺伤48名,占总人数的80%,总计发生针头刺伤98次;工龄在11-15年的发生针头刺伤人数36名,占总人数的60%,总计发生针头刺伤80名。结论护士在护理操作过程中,随着工作经验的增加及自我保护意识的加强,被针头刺伤的几率减少。因此要对护士进行系统防护教育,增强自我保护意识。Objective To investigage the cause of needling damage during the nursing operation and find out the solutions.Method The 180 nurses in our hospital were investigated by means of qusetionair response and they were classified into three groups by the workingage.First groups：workingage 1-5years 60 persons;Second groups：workingage 6-10years 60persons;Third groups;11-15years 60 persons,Study the fact of needling damage during nursing operation in 2006.10-2007.10.Result 58 persons were deeled from the frist groups.The rate was96.7%.the total times of needling damage were 160;48 persons were deeled from the second groups.The rate was 80%.the total times of needling damage were98;36 persons were deeled from the third groups.The rate was 60%,the total times of needling damage were 80.Conclusion The more experience and the awareness of self-protection they have,the less chance of being injured they have.Therefore it＇s necessary for the nurses to receive systematic professional education and strength their awareness of self-protection.
