摘 要:本文详细介绍了将MOSFET引入电路原理课程教学后与若干电路原理基本知识点联系的问题,包括压控电流源、非线性电路的小信号分析方法、脉冲序列作用下的一阶RC电路和动态电路的频率响应特性。这种引入不仅可以将MOSFET作为一个典型的工程实例更加深刻地帮助学生理解抽象的电路原理基本概念和方法,而且可以帮助学生更好地的理解器件的特性和工作原理,为后续课程奠定良好的基础,体现了将MOSFET引入电路原理课程教学的必要性和可行性。MOSFET can be explained and analyzed in many concepts and methods of Principles of Electric Circuits, such as voltage controlled current source, small signal analysis of nonlinear circuits, response of the first-order RC circuits excited by pulse series and frequency response characteristics of the dynamic circuits. The instruction of MOSFET in the module not only provides an interesting and typical application of the abstract concepts and analysis, which can help the students understand them better, but also help the students grasp the characteristics of the device itself, which will lay a good basis of the following modules. Therefore it is necessary and feasible to teach MOSFET in the course of Principles of Electric Circuits.
