摘　　要：研究出了一种新型高效水基液压油清洗剂的配方,同时研究了脱脂温度以及脱脂时间对脱脂率的影响,并对清洗剂的性能进行了测试。该清洗剂去污力强、清洗效果好、清洗时间短,常温5min脱脂率接近100%,低泡、使用安全,尤其对金属铝、碳钢、铸铁具有良好的清洗和防锈能力。The formula of a new - type high efficiency water - soluble metal washing agent was discussed, and the performance was tested, and researched how degreasing temperature and degreasing time affect the degreasing effect. The agent＇s ability of getting rid of dirt is good ; its effect of washing is fine; its time of washing is short;its degreasing rate nearly reaches to 100% in 5 minutes; it cleans with little foaming and is safe to use. The washing agent has excellent capacity of anti - rust, especially for aluminium, carbon steel, cast iron.
