摘 要:采用气-质联用仪对5年生试验林中的40个高产脂思茅松无性系及1个普通思茅松(对照)林木松脂的组成成分进行了测试分析,结果表明:与对照相比,各高产脂思茅松无性系林木松脂化学组成中的异海松酸含量约为普通思茅松的6倍,其可作为高产脂思茅松选择的一项参考指标。高产脂思茅松无性系林木松脂中松节油的化学组成变异丰富,可将其分为高α-蒎烯、高β-蒎烯和高△3-蒈烯3类。据此初步评选出18个高α-蒎烯类型、10个高β-蒎烯和10个高Δ3-蒈烯类型的高产脂思茅松无性系。The chemical conpositions in resin of 40 high-resin-yield Pinus kesiya var. langbianensis clones and one control of 5 years old were studied by using gas chromatography and mass spectrometry, the results showed that the average value of the contents of isopimaric acid was 6 times of that in the control. The content of isopimaric acid could therefore be used as one of the indexes for selecting high-resin-yield Pinus kesiya var. langbianensis clones. Results of the study also revealed that the variation of the chemical composition in turpentine of high-resin-yield Pi- nus kesiya var. langbianensis clones was quite rich, the clones could be classified into 3 sorts, characterized by high α -pinene, β -pinene and △3 -carene. According to this classification, 18 clones, 10 clones and 10 clones were respectively appraised as high α- pinene, β -pinene and △3 -carene clones.
