摘　　要：目的 探讨高效液相色谱法（HPLC）测定酮洛芬粉针剂中酮洛芬的含量。方法 采用美国Agilent C18色谱柱（200mm×4.6mm,5μm）,以0.01mol.L^-1磷酸二氢钾溶液（用磷酸调pH至3.5）-甲醇（55∶45）为流动相,流速为1.0mL.min^-1,检测波长为256nm。结果 酮洛芬在0.005125-0.05125mg.mL^-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9996（n=6）;平均回收率为99.93%,RSD为0.17%（n=5）。结论该方法结果准确,精密度和重现性好,可用于酮洛芬粉针剂的含量测定。OBJECTIVE To establish an HPLC method for content determination of ketoprofen powder for injection. METHODS The HPLC analysis was carried out using a column of Agilent Cls（200mm × 4.6mm, 5um）, a mobile phase consisted of 0.01 mol·L^-1 KDP solution （pH3.5）-methanol （55：45）, at a flow rate of 1.0 mL· min^-1 and detection at 256nm. RESULTS The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0. 005125-0. 05125 mg·mL^- 1（r=0. 9996, n= 6）. The mean recovery rate was 99.93 %, with a RSD of 0.17% （n = 5）. CONCLUSION The method is simple, accurate and reliable.
