摘　　要：结合"万名医师支援农村卫生工程"项目实施,系统回顾并分析了新中国成立以来我国在城市卫生支援农村卫生工作方面的有关政策,特别是在构建社会主义和谐社会的历史条件下,如何更加有力的保障农民群众享有较为公平的基本医疗卫生服务,对今后建立城乡医院对口支援长效机制提出建议。Based on the execution of thousands of doctors＇ Supporting for the rural area, the article generally reviews and analyzes the policy about the cities helping countrysides for the rural sanitation from establishment of the new country of China.In addition, the paper also gives recommendations to someone about the establishing future supporting SYstem in corresponding hospital between cities and countrysides in the historical condition of constructing socialism anc harmonious community in order to effectively ensure a mass of farmer relatively equitable medical and sanitarian service.
