摘  要:介绍了日本零排放概念的提出背景及水产加工业方面的零排放的实施状况。为了实现零排放,日本水产业生产中采用了许多新技术,水产加工业的排水处理中采取了物理、生物等多种多样的方法。一些新颖的水产加工废弃物的资源再利用技术也得到了有效开发,比如贝壳、扇贝中肠腺、鱿鱼墨囊、海星等。The zero emission concept represents a shift from the traditional industrial model. The aim of this article is that introduce the background of introductory of zero emission and the practice of fishery industry in Japan. Suffering the serious public environmental problems during the rapid economical development period, a great deal of efforts has been devoted to resolve these problems and gained a lot of experiences in Japan. Advanced physical and biological waste water treatment technologies have been employed in Japan fishery industry. Many new technologies for reuse of aquaculture offal and discards, such as shell, scallop intestine, squid ink sac and starfish, have been developed.
