引导组织再生术治疗根尖病变的临床观察

摘　　要：目的对引导组织再生术治疗根尖周病变的临床疗效进行评价。方法选取根尖病变的患牙30颗,根尖刮治术+胶原膜治疗15颗作为实验组,根尖刮治术15颗作为对照组。术后3个月及半年观察临床指标,比较两种手术方法的临床疗效。结果结果显示两级所有临床指标比术前明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论引导组织再生术治疗根尖周病变有更好的临床疗效。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of periapical periodontitis by the treatment of GTR technigue, Methods 30 periapicai periodontitis teeth were induded. 15 teeth were treaed by apical curettage and GTR,and the other 15 teeth were treated only by apical curettage as conerol. 3 and 6 months later the clinical index was thaken. Results The alveolar bone regeneration of the test group was significantly better than that of the control. Conclusion GTR can be used in the treatment of periapical periodontitis.
