替莫唑胺联合适形放疗治疗恶性脑胶质瘤术后18例报告

摘　　要：目的探索替莫唑胺联合三维适形放疗对恶性脑胶质瘤术后治疗的疗效和安全性。方法18例恶性脑胶质瘤术后患者采用替莫唑胺三维适形放疗联合治疗。放疗剂量DT60～66Gy/30～33f/6～7周。化疗用替莫唑胺口服,75mg/m^2,1次/d,5次/周,与放疗同步进行。结果随访3～24个月,经CT或MRI复查,其中CR5例,PR10例,1、2年生存率分别为55.6%（10/18）、27.8%（5/18）,中位生存期13.5个月,主要不良反应为恶心、白细胞减少。结论替莫唑胺联合三维适形放疗,治疗恶性胶质瘤术后是一种有效,安全的手段。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of temozolomide plus concomitant 3-Dimension eonformal radiotherapy （3D-CRT） in patients with postoperative magnlignant glioma. Methods 18 Postoperative patients with pathologically confirmed maglignant glioma were receive temozo lomide 75mg/m^2/d orally, concomitantly with radiotherapy The total radiatiom dose was 60 - 66Gy. given in 30 - 33 firctions, completed in 6- 7 weeks. Results The overall response was 83.3 % （5 complete response; 10 partial response ）The 1-year and and 2-year survival rates were 55.6% ,27.8% ,The median survival time was 13.5 months.The main side effects were nausea,leuropenia. Conclusion Temozolomide combine with 3D-CRT is an effective and safe method for postoperative maghgnant glioma.
