摘 要:目的评价镍钛机用ProTaper及ProFile预备根管的临床效果及工作效率。方法选取需行根管治疗的100颗患牙,随机分为PT和PF组两组,分别使用机用镍钛器械ProTaper和ProFile冠向下预备根管技术,侧压充填根管。记录根管预备时间及断针情况,观察根充效果,评估术后疼痛情况。结果两组机用镍钛器械均能很好地维持根管的弯曲和连续,根管锥度、流畅度好,术后疼痛发生少。ProTaper预备根管平均时间(4.42±0.62)min,ProFile平均时间(6.48±0.70)min,ProToper的操作时间比ProFile短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。根管内断针数的差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.25,P>0.05)。结论两种器械预备根管成形效果均好,ProTaper比ProFile更快速、高效。Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of two types of Ni-Ti rotary instruments (ProTaper and ProFile) in preparation of root canals. Methods 100 teeth with Pupal and Perioapical invol ement were instrumented by ProTaper and ProFile files with Crown-down technique, All teeth were obturated with lateral condensation method. In addition, Preparation time and instrument fracture were recorded. The efficiency of preparation and obturation was analyzed with radiograph before, during and after operation. Results Two Ni-Ti rotary instruments could keep the curvature and flow of curved canals very well, and the continuously tapered root canal shaper was achieved. The operating time was shorter for ProTaper than that of ProFile( P = 0. 0004). Endodontic flare-up seldom occurred. Conclusion Both Ni-Ti rotary instruments showed good shaping ability and improved predictability in root canal obtaration. The ProTaper Ni-Ti rotary instruments can prepare root canals more effectively and quickly than ProFile.
