摘　　要：学习内容管理系统是移动学习管理平台的重要组成部份。在分析研究内容管理系统、Moodle学习管理平台以及移动学习资源特点的基础上,提出了基于MySOL数据库的移动学习内容管理系统的设计框架,并对其关键问题进行了探讨。Learning Content Management System （LCMS） is an important component of Learning Management Platform. On the basis of research and analysis on Content Management System, the architecture of Moodle Learning Management Platform and the characteristics of the M-learning resources, it proposes the framework of M-Learning Content Management based on MySQL, and probes the critical problems of it.
