摘 要:采用有限元方法建立在车载作用下大跨径桥梁钢桥面双层铺装的力学响应计算模型。在结构设计参数常用取值范围内,对不设纵隔板和设置纵隔板两种常用钢桥面双层铺装的力学性能控制指标(拉应力和局部挠跨比)进行对比分析。同时,通过逐步线性回归方法拟和出大跨径桥梁钢桥面双层铺装力学性能控制指标的近似计算公式。得到的近似计算公式的精度检验和工程实例分析结果表明,近似计算公式精度很好,满足工程设计和理论研究的需要。Two-layers paving could improve mechanical characteristics rather than mono paving, by altering the elasticity module and thickness of asphalt surfacing. A computation model for mechanical response of two-layer deck paving of long-span steel bridge under wheel loading was established by finite element method. Within the regular distributing range of structural design parameters, two design indexes (stress and deflection-span ratio above the paving) were compared for the steel bridges deck paving with or without longitudinal clapboard. At the same time, the regression formulas for design indexes of two-layer deck paving of long-span steel bridge were obtained using gradually linear regression analysis. A number of accuracy tests of obtained regression formulas and examples shows good accuracy, which could satisfy requirements of engineering and theory research.
