摘　　要：目的探索外伤性视神经病变外科治疗的疗效及意义。方法随机选择120例（122眼）视神经外伤病变病人，其中治疗组61眼，用经鼻内窥镜视神经管减压术联合皮质类固醇治疗。对照组61眼用药物治疗。随访半年～2年。结果治疗组有效率73．75％（45／61），对照组有效率45．9％（28／61）（P〈0．05）。结论经鼻内窥镜视神经管减压术是治疗外伤性视神经病变的有效方法。Objective To explore therapeutic effectiveness and significance of surgical treatment for traumatic optic nerve canal pathologic change. Methods 120 cases （122 eyes） with traumatic optic neuropathy patients were randomly studied by treatment with optic canal decompression by the endonasal endscopic approach or medicine, follow upomonths to 2 years. Results The effective rate of treatment group is 73.75 % （45/61 ）, the contrast＇ s is 45.9 % （28/61） （ P〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The optic canal decompression by the endonasal endscopic approach is important for elevating curative effect of traumatic optic neuropathy.
