摘　　要：对近几年枸杞活性成分的研究进行了较为系统的分析,概述了枸杞多糖、枸杞籽油、枸杞色素等枸杞活性成分的结构、性质、提取及分离纯化方法等的研究进展,提出了枸杞活性成分在制取方面存在的缺陷以及高新技术在枸杞活性成分开发方面的应用前景.By analyzing the activated components of Chinese wolfberry in recent years,the research of the property,structure and method of the extraction and separation of Lycium barbarum L.polysaccharides,wolfberry seed oil and pigment were summarized.Finally,the problems existed and the prospect of the application of high and new technology were also described.
