摘　　要：祥细介绍了固相萃取技术采集环境空气中痕量有机化合物的方法。包括固相萃取的特点，固体吸附剂预处理，装填吸附管，漏点容量，安全采样体积及解吸。This paper introduced solid phase extraction(SPE) technique in details in collecting trace organic vapour pollutants in ambient atmospheres. It also described the characteristic of SPE technique, preparing solid absorbents, packing absorbent tubes, breakthrough volume, safe sampling volume, as well as adsorption of SPE.
