摘　　要：提出了一个Web Service技术在手机终端的应用模型。利用Sun公司提供的WTK251工具将服务器端生成的WSDL服务文件转化为相应的Java代码,再利用JavaME提供的API封装Java服务方法,根据Soap和Http协议,以及移动网和互联网建立起手机终端和服务器之间的数据交互,有效地实现了Web Service技术在手机终端和应用服务之间的应用。This paper puts forward a Model on application of WebService in Mobile Communication business Cell Phone, which translates the WSDL created on App Server the java codes throught the WTK251 supplied by Sun Company in US, and then makes use of Java classes developed from API supplied by JavaME in encapsulating the codes, and then builds the interactive operations between Cell Phone and App Server through SOAP and Http protocols as well as Internet ＆ Mobie communication Net, effectively realizes the Application of Web Service between Cell Phone and App Server.
