摘　　要：结合安钢信息化一期ERP项目,就企业实施ERP成本管理模式的转变进行了分析,就怎样保证企业成本数据准确的基本目标的实现方法进行了探讨。In this article,based on the operation of the AG ERP primary period project and the changing of Financial Cost Management during the ERP project,we discussed a lot about how to ensure the high precise business cost which is the basic aim of the financial management.
