摘 要:丁布是玉米植株中一种重要的抗菌、抗病虫的次生代谢物。试验采用高效液相色谱法对玉米品种的黄化苗进行丁布含量的检测。结果表明,检测的玉米品种的黄化苗中都含有丁布;相同株型间不同品种间丁布含量差异显著,含量高的为正大619、聊玉18、中农大67、黔单22、泰玉11和鑫丰6号,普通玉米黄化苗中丁布的含量比甜糯玉米含量高。正大619、聊玉18、中农大67、黔单22、泰玉11和鑫丰6号可以作为育种家培育高抗性玉米品种的材料,是提取丁布标准品的首选材料。DIMBOA is an important anti-fungal and anti-insect secondary metabolite in maize plant. This experiment used HPLC determination of difference DIMBOA in different etiolated seedling in our country. DIMBOA was detected in all etiolated seedling. The content of DIMBOA significantly differences in different corn lines, Zhengda619, LiaoyulS, Zhongnongda67, Qiandan22, Taiyul 1 and Xinfeng6 are higher than others, and the content of DIMBOA in common maize is higher than Sweet waxy maize. This experiment suggested that Zhengda619, LiaoyulS, Zhongnongda67, Qiandan22, Taiyul 1 and Xinfeng6 can be used as a breeder developing high maize varieties resistant material, also can be used as extraction DIMBOA standard material of choice
