摘 要:试验选用玉米为试材,在盆栽条件下设置不同铅处理浓度,通过测定不同生育时期玉米叶片净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Cs)、胞间CO2浓度(Ci)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、叶绿素含量(Chl)和产量等指标,探讨了不同浓度铅胁迫对玉米光合生理特性及产量的影响。结果表明:①不同浓度的铅胁迫处理,除低浓度铅处理的各项指标基本好于对照外,其余处理均不同程度地使叶片Tr下降,Pn、Cs和Chl含量降低,Ci上升;②铅胁迫影响了玉米子粒产量形成。穗粒数的减少是玉米产量下降的主要限制因子。进一步分析成熟后的果穗性状,发现铅胁迫主要是通过秃尖和穗长变化影响穗粒数和穗粒重,最终影响子粒产量。Pot experiment was conducted to study the effect of lead stress on stomatal conductance (Cs), intercellar CO2 concentration (Ci), transpiration rate (Tr), net photosynthetic rate (Pn), chlorophyll (Chl) content and yields of maize with different lead concentration. The results showed as followed: ①Different photosynthetic physiological index had different responses to lead. With increasing concentration of Pb, Pn, Cs, Tr and Chl decreased gradually, on the contrary, Ci increased. The values of photosynthetic physiological indexes of the treatments were lower than the control, except lower lead concentration treatment. ②The yields of maize were affected by the lead stress. According to the result, the declination in the kernels yield under lead stress was mainly resulted in the reduction of kernel numbers per ear, further analysis indicated that the various increase of bald tip and grain numbers per row caused the increase or reduction of kernel numbers per ear and grain weight, which result in decrease or increase of grain yield in the end.
