摘 要:为探讨S3307在郁金香鲜切花瓶插期间的抑菌作用和保鲜效果,以郁金香品种阿波罗为试材,以清水为对照,设计4种不同保鲜剂处理:T1(5mg·L-1S3307)、T2(150mg·L-1柠檬酸+3×104 mg·L-13%蔗糖)、T3(150mg·L-1柠檬酸+3×104mg·L-1蔗糖+300mg·L-18-HQC)、T4(150mg·L-1柠檬酸+3×104mg·L-1蔗糖+300mg·L-18-HQC+5mg·L-1S3307)。于处理第4天测定各保鲜剂中的细菌数量,调查观赏品质、鲜重、丙二醛含量及细胞膜相对透性变化。结果表明,S3307可减少瓶插液中细菌的含量,与CK相比差异极显著,以T4抑菌效果最好。4种保鲜剂均可延长郁金香的瓶插寿命、增加花朵直径及每天开放时间,并减少花瓣中丙二醛的含量、降低花瓣细胞膜相对透性,以T4的效果最好。T4与CK相比,瓶插寿命延长5d,花朵直径增加3.81cm,每天开放时间增加4h,盛开持续期增加5d,瓶插第7天丙二醛含量降低37.83%,花瓣细胞膜相对透性降低37.39%。S3307在郁金香切花保鲜剂中可以单独使用,与其他保鲜剂配合使用效果更佳。The bacteriostasis effect and the fresh-keeping effect of S3307 on fresh cut flower of tulip in the vase stage were studied with the purpose of bringing out the physiological foundation for fresh-keeping effect of tulip cut flower by using S3307. The bacteria quantity of Apollo tulip in preservatives was menstruated after being treated with four kinds of preservatives for four days. The morphological indexes and the increase ratios of fresh weight were menstruated. And the MDA contents in petals and the relative permeability of membrane were menstruated. Results showed that S3307 could significantly reduce the bacteria quantity in preservatives, and the T4 was the best one. All the four kinds of preservatives prolonged the vase life of cut flower and decreased the MDA contents in petals and the relative permeability of membrane. The vase life of the cut flower treated with S3307 was the longest. S3307 had marked effect on decreasing the bacteria quantity and prolonging the vase life of cut flower, and the T4 was also the best one. Compare with the control, the vase life of cut flower was 5 days prolonged, the diameter of flowers was 3.81cm increased, the relative permeability of membrane was 37.39% decreased. The decrease of bacteria quantity in vase liquid and the reduction of both MDA content and the relative permeability of membrane in petals were the main reasons for prolonging the vase life of cut flower. S3307 can be applied in tulip cut flower preservative alone and better effect appeared when applied with other preservative.
