摘  要:选用270只1日龄艾维茵肉仔鸡,采用两因子3×3试验设计,随机分为9组,每组设3个重复,每重复10只鸡雏。在基础日粮中添加不同水平的茶多酚(TP)和维生素C(Vc),通过测定肉仔鸡血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量、总抗氧化(T-AOC)能力、以及平均日增重(ADG)和料重比(F/G),研究两者及其联合添加对肉仔鸡血清抗氧化指标和生长性能的影响。结果表明:在日粮中添加TP和Vc显著提高了肉仔鸡血清中SOD和GSH-Px活性、T-AOC能力,降低了MDA含量,其中以60mg.kg-1TP和100 mg.kg-1Vc联合添加组效果最好,极显著高于对照组(p<0.01),而对肉仔鸡生长性能没有显著性影响(p>0.05)。A mulitiple-factor 3×3 experiment was conducted to study the effects of tea polyphenols(TP) and vitamin C(Vc)on the antioxidant function and the growth performance of broilers. In order to reveal the effects, the following items were measured: the activities of SOD and GSH-Px, MDA contents, as well as T-AOC in Serum and the growth rate, feed conversion rate. Hence, 270 Avin broilers were randomly divided into 9 groups, each containing 3 replicates (10 birds per replicate). The experimental results showed that, there was significant influence on serum SOD and GSH-Px activity, T-AOC, MDA contents when different dietary TP and Vc levels added in the basal diet. The best addition level of TP was found at 60 mg·kg^-1 and that of Vc was 100 mg·kg^-1 and was the most remarkable compared with the control treatment (p〈0.01). There was not remarkable effect on production performance of broilers (p〉0.05).
