摘　　要：近年来大学生就业成为国家、社会关注的焦点问题之一。大学生就业是一项系统的社会工程,需要全社会的共同努力。文章从开展大学生创业教育、引导毕业生多元化就业、加强以人为本的就业教育和构建和谐的就业环境四个方面阐述了在和谐社会条件下促进大学生就业的有效措施。In recent years, the graduate employment becomes one of the focal problems which concern the nation and society. Graduate employment is a systematical social project, which needs the whole society to make combined effort. This article elaborates the effective measures that can accelerate the graduate employment from the following four aspects; developing education for college student entrepreneurial skills; guiding the students＇ diverse employment; strengthening the people-oriented employment education; and building a harmonious employment environment.
