摘　　要：近代浔商长期受传统儒学思想文化的熏陶,在他们身上传统儒商的文化意蕴占了主导地位。文章从文化的层面探讨浔商在艰辛创业、不懈追求、锐意进取的过程中所形成的人文精神与文化意蕴,探析浔商在竞争激烈的商场上失利衰落的悲剧,从而引起我们深层的思考。The modern merchants of Nanxun were gradually influenced by the traditional Confucianism culture, therefore, the traditional Confucianism culture played a dominant part in themselves. The paper discusses the particular humanity spirit and culture connotation formed in the process of the Nanxun merchants＇ hardship venture, unremitting pursuit and making progress eagerly, and at the same time it analyzes the tragedy of the losing and declining in the competitive market, which make us think deeply.
