企业共生理论及共生效应下的企业成长模型构建

摘　　要：为推动企业共生,实现企业持续快速成长,借鉴生物共生理论,界定了企业共生的内涵及企业共生系统的构成要素,分析了企业共生型的决定因素及优劣评判标准,探讨了企业共生的循环运作生理机制及共生进化原理,阐述了企业共生给企业成长带来的经济效应,并构建了共生效应下的企业成长模型。In order to push enterprise symbiosis and realize the sustainable and quick growth of enterprise this paper uses the symbiosis theory in biology and defines the connotation of enterprise symbiosis and the constitutions of system of enterprise symbiosis, and then, this paper analyzes factors determining symbiotic type and its evaluating standards. Furthermore, this paper discusses the circulating operation mechanism and principle of symbiosis evolution. Finally, this paper analyzes eco- nomic effects that enterprise symbiosis brings to the growth of enterprise and sets up the growth model of enterprise under symbiosis effects.
