乳香挥发油脂质体处方及制备工艺的研究

摘  要:目的:对乳香挥发油脂质体的处方及制备工艺进行研究。方法:先采用单因素考察,选取出对脂质体包封率影响较大的因素和水平,再以包封率为考核指标进行正交试验,筛选出最佳的处方和工艺组合。结果:各因素最佳的水平组合为:胆固醇与磷脂的重量比为1∶6、药脂重量比为1∶6、制备温度为60℃。结论:验证3批脂质体样品的平均包封率为(82.4±1.5)%,所制得的乳香挥发油脂质体包封率稳定,筛选出了乳香挥发油脂质体最佳的处方及工艺组合。Objective: To study the formula and technology of preparation of liposomes of boswellia carterii birdwood volatile oil (BCBV). Methods: Single -factor study was conducted at first to find out major factors related to the encapsulation of liposomes of BCBV; then by the efficiency of encapsulating of liposomes of BCBV, using orthogonal design method to screen out an optimal integration of formula and technology. Results : The opti- mal formula and technique : Ratio of cholesterol and lecithin was 1:6, ratio of drug and lecithin was 1:6, the temperature of the preparation was 60 ℃. Conclusion: The average encapsulating rate of the optimized liposomes of BCBV in 3 batches of samples was (82.4 ±1.5) % , which was stable in preparation ; the ideal formula and technology of preparation of liposomes of BCBV was obtained.
