摘　　要：目的:探讨破裂前交通动脉瘤患者早期手术夹闭后脑血管痉挛(CVS)的观察及护理要点。方法:回顾性分析破裂前交通动脉瘤早期手术夹闭的53例患者中发生CVS的18例患者早期病情变化特点及护理措施。结果:发生CVS的18例,均早期发现并积极处理,恢复良好。结论:术后严密观察、早期发现病情变化、及早三高治疗与保证专科护理质量是提高患者救治成功率的关键。Objective： To study the essential observation and nursing of the cerebral vessel spasm （CVS） after early operational clamping closing the ruptured aneurysm of the anterior communication artery. Methods： Characteristic changes of patients＇condition and nursing in 18 cases with CVS due to early operational clamping closing the ruptured aneurysm of the anterior communication artery for 53 patients were studied. Results： The 18 cases took place CVS were discovered early and were managed positively; after treatment, they recovered well. Conclusion： The key to the successful cure of CVS is close postoperative observation, early finding condition change, timely treatment and qualified special nursing.
