摘  要:采用CHCl3为沉淀剂来沉淀冷冻水产品中的蛋白质,离子色谱测定多聚磷酸盐((PO3)nn-、P2O74-、P3O105-)。Ion Pac AS11离子色谱柱分离,以KOH梯度淋洗,抑制电导检测器对其进行检测。该方法有效地消除了基体干扰,提高了被测组分的回收率。在文中色谱条件下,(PO3)nn(溶于水后以PO3-形式存在)、P2O74-、P3O105-都具有良好的线性、重现性以及较低的检出限。A method was developed for the extraction and detection of the polyphosphates in freezing seafood. Chloroform is used to deposit the protein in freezing seafood. The polyphosphates ( ( PO3 ) nn- , P2O7^4- , P3O10^5 - ) was determined by ion chromatography separated by gradient elution of KOH on an Ion Pac ASll column and detected by suppressed conductivity detector. The method excluded the interference of protein effectively, and the recovery is satisfactory. The method is sensitive, selective and effective, and can be easily performed.
