摘  要:研究了测定功能饮料中维生素B2和B6的同步荧光分析法。确定了最佳实验条件:波长差△λ为70nm,扫描速度为150nm/min,入射和出射狭缝宽度均为10nm,测定波长:B2为448nm,B6为323nm。标准曲线在0.01~0.15μg/mL线性良好,维生素B6和B2的平均回收率分别为96.4%~98.5%和98.3%~100.0%。方法可用于功能饮料中维生素B2和B6的测定。A synchronous fluorometric method was described for the determination of vitamin B2 and B6 in functional drink. The determination condition was studied. Delta lambda was 70 nm, scan speed was 150 rim/min, excitation and emission slit widths were both 10 nm, and determination wavelengthes were: B2/448 nm, B6/323 nm. Under the optimum conditions, the calibration curve was linear between 0.01 - 0.15 μg/mL. The average recoveries of vitamin B6 and B2 were 96.4% -98.5% and 98.3% - 100.0%, respectively. It has been applied to the determination of vitamin B2 and B6 with satisfactory results.
