摘　　要：[目的]建立一种计算机图谱比对方法代替专用分析软件,以满足大量图谱的比对,采用扫描和电脑分析,准确、快速地识读和比较基因组的变异情况,从而识别特异的菌株,提高病原菌的检测效率。节省购买专业比对软件的高额费用。[方法]利用标准分子量、genetool软件和spss软件为基础,先将图像条带结果转化为数值结果,然后将条带比对,转化为数值比对的pearson相关分析,对不同血清型的沙门氏菌的PFGE图谱条带进行计算机分析。[结果]在输出的聚类树状图、相关矩阵两方面的数据分析都与肉眼比对分析结果完全相同。[结论]建立的计算机比对方法可很好的代替专用比对软件,满足大量PFGE图谱的比对分析。且准确、快速。[Objective] To establish a method which can take place of the analysis software to compare PFGE fingerprint data, through scanning and computer analysis, accurately and rapidly compare the PFGE data to figure out the specific strain, raise detection rate of pathogens and save the expense of buying expensive analysis software. [ Methods] Firstly transformed the PFGR fingerprint image data to the digital data, secondly imported the digital data into SPSS for Pearson correlation, and then analyzed the different serotype salmonella. [ Results] The exported diagram and correlation matrix had the complete same result as judged by eyes. [Conclusion] It is feasible for this method to take the place of the software to match and compare PFGE data, and accurate and rapid.
