摘　　要：按照强制性国家标准GB 17691-2005《车用压燃式、气体燃料点燃式发动机与汽车排气污染物排放限值及测量方法（中国Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ阶段）》，自2008年1月1日起，大凡上市的采用柴油或气体燃料的总质量（GVW）大于3.5t的客车和所有卡车（两者涵盖绝大部分商用车，不含GVW小于3．5t的客车和大于3.5t的汽油车，但GVW小于3.5t的卡车与GB 18352.3-2005有交叉）都应达到国Ⅲ排放标准。According to GB 17691-2005 and other related regulations, starting from July 1st, 2008, all newly marketed coaches and trucks with GVW over 3.5-ton powered by diesel or natural-gas must meet the request of the National Standard Ⅲ. This will have great impact on all aspects of both diesel and commercial vehicles industries- technology, production, service, maintenance and market competitions, etc. which is no-doubt more challenging than opportunity.
