摘　　要：本文应用灰色模型分析医院业务收入、专业设备、业务用房、职工人数之间的相互关系及对医院发展的影响.结果表明,业务收入增长与业务用房面积最密切,专业设备和职工人数对业务收入增长有阻碍作用.应协调各因素的关系,为医院发展计划服务.With gray model the paper analyzed the relations among hospital income, professional instrument,house assignment and staff number, and disscused the influence on hospital progress. The results showedthat the increase of hospital income was related close to the house area and adversely to the instrumentand staff number. Each factors should be coordinated to give service to the hospital progress plan.
