摘　　要：采用BP神经网络对柴油机气缸套磨损故障诊断进行了研究。首先运用单BP网络方法对柴油机气缸套磨损故障进行了诊断,诊断结果表明该方法还存在一定不足;提出了基于组合式BP网络的故障诊断方法,诊断结果表明,采用组合式BP网络的故障诊断方法可有效地提高柴油机气缸套磨损故障诊断的准确性和有效性。The paper researches fault diagnosis for cylinder liner of diesel engine by using BP network. Firstly cylinder liner of diesel engine worn fault was diagnosed by using single BP network, and result of diagnosis showed it had some deficiency; so fault diagnosis of combined BP networks was brought forward. The result of diagnosis showed the combined BP networks can improve veracity and validity of fault diagnosis for cylinder liner of diesel engine effectively.
