肿瘤病人手术前后超弱光子发射波长的改变及应用的研究

摘　　要：对４０例肿瘤病人血清超弱发射光谱进行了术前术后测试分析，找出了对应于宫颈癌、直肠癌、贲门癌、食管癌手术后治疗效果的波长。结果显示，上述肿瘤病人血清的超弱发光水平手术后均有下降，提示利用和疗效相关的Ｒ值变化对手术疗效、术后复发及肿瘤转移的监测有一定裨益。40 patients with cervical carcinoma, rectal carcinoma, cardiac carcinoma and esophageal carcinoma were selected to detect the serum ultraweak photon emission(SUPE) before and after operation. The result showed that the SUPE of all patients decreased after operation. This suggests that the R value change that is relevant to the curative effect may be helpful to detect the curative effect of operation, relapse and metastasis.
