摘  要:目的观察维生素E对老年雌性大鼠卵巢颗粒细胞结构及凋亡的影响。方法采用自然衰老雌性大鼠,实验组分别给予不同剂量维生素E,用电镜观察卵巢颗粒细胞超微结构的变化,TUNEL法检测颗粒细胞的凋亡。结果给予外源维生素E组卵巢颗粒细胞形态和线粒体的结构趋于正常,老年对照组则发生明显异常改变,维生素E组卵巢颗粒细胞凋亡百分率降低,中、大剂量维生素E组尤为明显。结论一定剂量的维生素E可抑制卵巢颗粒细胞超微结构的异常改变,减少颗粒细胞的凋亡,改善老年大鼠卵巢的功能。Objective To observe the effect of vitamin E supplementation on apoptosis and morphous of ovari- an granular cells in the senile female rats. Methods Different doses of vitamin E were given to natural aged female rats. The ultrastructure of the ovarian granular cells was observed by using transmission electron micro-scope. Apoptosis in ovarian granular cell was detected by TUNEL assay. Results Cellular morphous and mito-chondria structure of ovarian granular cells became normal in vitamin E groups, while many abnormal changes were observed in senile control group. Apoptosis rates of ovarian granular cells both significantly decreased in middle-dose and large-dose vitamin E groups. Conclusion A certain dose of vitamin E can reduce the apoptosis of ovarian granular cell, decrease abnormities of granular cells in senile female rats and improve ovarian function.
