P27在肢体平滑肌肉瘤组织中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的探讨P27对肢体平滑肌肉瘤的临床诊断及预后的意义。方法应用免疫组化方法检测63例平滑肌肉瘤组织中P27的表达,并对所有病例的5年存活情况进行随访。结果63例平滑肌肉瘤患者中有21例(33.3%)P27表达阳性,P27的表达与平滑肌肉瘤的转移及患者的预后相关(P<0.01)。结论P27可作为一个新的指标,用于平滑肌肉瘤的诊断、治疗及预后判断。Objective To investigate the expression of P27 in leiomyosarcoma of extremity and analyze its significance in diagnosis and prognosis. Methods Immunohistochemical straining was used to detect the expression of P27 in 63 cases of leiomyosarcoma and 10 normal tissues. AU cases were followed-up for 5 years. Results In 63 cases, 21 were P27 positive, the positive rate was 33.3 %. The expression of P27 was related to metastasis or recurrence and prognosis of leiomyosarcoma （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion P27 may be a new indicator for diagnosis and prognosis of leiomyosarcoma.
