Dyractflow流动复合体窝沟封闭的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的评价Dyractflow流动复合体作为窝沟封闭剂的临床效果。方法对89例7～10岁小学生采取自身双侧对照研究方法，随机选择一侧第一恒磨牙作为实验组，采用Dyractflow流动复合体进行窝沟封闭；对侧同名牙作为对照组，采用Helioseal F光固化窝沟封闭剂，在6、12个月进行临床观察比较。结果共封闭356颗牙，12个月后Dyractflow流动复合体与Helioseal F光固化窝沟封闭剂的保留率分别为95．9％和87．0％，龋齿发生率分别为1．61％和8．87％。两组封闭剂保留率及患龋率差异均有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论Dyractflow流动复合体能有效地预防窝沟龋的发生，其保留率及防龋能力均优于Helioseal F窝沟封闭剂。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Dyractflow flowable compomer restorative used as pit and fissure sealant.Methods The first permanent molars in 89 7-10-year-old children were randomly divided into 2 groups. The experimental group was treated with flowable compomer restorative, while the control group with light-cure pit and fissure sealant. All children were followed up for 1 year. Results The rate of res-ervation in flowable compomer restorative group was 95.9%, and that in the control group was 87.0% （ P 〈 0.05）. The incidence rate of caries in flowable compomer restorative group was 1.61%, and that in the control group was 8.87 % （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Dyractflow flowable compomer restorative can be used as pit and fissure sealant for better preventing caries.
