摘 要:目的评价口腔健康教育(DHI)对自体牙移植患者焦虑心理的干预作用。方法临床有自体牙移植条件的95例患者,随机分成2组,应用改良牙科焦虑量表(MDAS)进行测评,实验组43例进行DHI,对照组52例按常规就诊处理,2组患者在接受牙移植或离开前再次进行MDAS测评,对牙移植手术的人数和其牙科焦虑程度进行分析。结果实验组健康教育前后焦虑程度、2组接受牙移植手术的人数均有明显差异(P<0.05),对照组患者在手术开始前更为焦虑。结论DHI能显著减轻自体牙移植患者的焦虑心理,提高手术人数比例。Objective To evaluate the effects of dental health instruction on dental anxiety of patients undergoing autogenous tooth transplantation. Methods 95 patients fitting for autogenous tooth transplantation were randomly divided into study and control groups, and the dental anxiety degree according to the modified dental anxiety scale(MDAS) was surveyed by questionnaire. In the study group 43 patients were given to the dental health instruction. The total of tooth transplantation operation and the dental anxiety degree were evaluated between 2 groups. Results The dental anxiety degree between before and after the dental health instruction in the study group and the total of operation between 2 groups were significantly different ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Dental health instruction was effective to release dental anxiety of patients un- dergoing autogenous tooth transplantation and to increase the rate of tooth transplantation operation.
