消化性溃疡200例胃粘膜幽门螺杆菌检测分析

摘　　要：应用快速尿素法及组织切片染色对200例消化性溃疡（Pepticulcer，PU）病人的胃窦粘膜进行幽门螺杆菌（He－licobacterPylori，HP）检测。结果显示两种检测方法符合率高达95．14％，HP阳性率仅占1／3。PU活动期病人多为中青年，冬季多发，但HP感染并无明显季节性，提示HP并非PU发病的唯一直接因素。Helicobacter pylori (HP) infections in the gastric antrum mucosa of 200 patients with peptic ulcers (PU) in active stage were investigated using rapid urase tests and histological staining methods. The corresponding rate was 95. 14 % in both of the methods, and only one-third of the patients were found to be positive for HP. Most of the patients were youthful or middle aged and arrived at the hospital in the winter, although the HP infection is not obviously seasonal. The results of this study suggest that HP infection might not be the only direct cause of PU.
