摘 要:目的了解合肥市不同护士群体间工作倦怠的情况。方法对合肥市10家医院的482名护士进行问卷调查,问卷内容包含一般情况和工作倦怠两部分。结果在不同职称和职位的护士群体间,副主任护师、科室护士长的个人成就感最高,护士的个人成就感最低;不同年龄、工龄的护士群体,个人成就感分值的差异有统计学意义,其中以30岁以下年龄段、工龄小于10年的护士的成就感分值最低;夜班多的护士情感衰竭严重,低收入的护士个人成就感低;不同科室和不同婚姻状况的护士群体间工作倦怠无差异。结论年龄低、工龄低的护士,夜班多、收入低的护士是工作倦怠程度较高的群体,应是管理者干预的重点对象。Objective To investigate the level and epidemic features of job burnout in nurses from different groups in Hefei. Methods A self-designed questionnaire and some standardized questionnaires of job burnout, including items to measure demographic factors, were used. Nurses from 10 hospitals in Hefei were investigated. Results In nurses with different job titles and different positions, associatechief nurses and head nurses had the highest level of seif-achivement, and junior nurses the lowest level. Nurses in different age groups and different standing groups had significant different scores of selfachievement. The nurses younger than 30 or the nurses with standings shorter than 10 years had the lowest level of seif-achivement. Emotional exhaustion of the nurses on more night duties was serious. The nurses with lower income had the lower level of self-achievement. There was no difference of job burnout among nurses with different marriage status. The scores of every dimensions of job burnout were the same in various departments. Conclusions Fresh nurses, those working in surgical department, in obstetrics and gynecology department, nurses with lower income and nightshirt are vulnerable to job burnout. Managers should pay more attention to them.
