布-加综合征与食管静脉关系的X线研究

摘　　要：通过６０例布－加综合征患者食管静脉的观察，食管静脉正常的２４人（４０％），轻度曲张的２５人（４１．７％），中度曲张的８人（１３．３％），重度曲张的３人（５％）。提示食管静脉的改变主要受下腔静脉病变性质、范围和病史长短的影响，与狭窄的程度关系不大。笔者还结合文献资料对上述结果和形成原因进行了分析。Radiological changes of esophageal varication were studied in 60 patients with BuddChiari′s Syndrome.Among these patients, 24(40%) cases showed no esophageal varication, 25(41%) cases showed slight esophageal varication, 8(13%) cases showed medium esophageal varication, 3(5%) cases showed serious esophageal varication.The results suggest that radiological changes of esophageal varication mainly depend on pathological type of inferior vena cava obstruction and obstructive range and the course of disease, but there is no relation with the obstuctive degree.the author also studied the above results in literature.
