摘 要:对蔬菜的重金属吸收特征进行研究一方面可了解重金属在植物中的迁移及富集过程,另一方面也可为减少重金属进入食物链,危害人体健康提供理论依据。本文研究了Cu污染对菠菜的生长吸收以及生理特征的变化。结果显示,50mg/kgCu处理对菠菜的生长有一定的促进作用,菠菜体内Cu含量随着处理浓度的增加而增加,但<100mg/kg处理下Cu含量并无显著差别(P>0.05),菠菜对Cu的吸收对Zn也具有一定的促进作用,而过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)呈现先升高后降低的趋势,分析显示POD酶活性变化可作为检测菠菜受到Cu污染的生理指标之一。Study on uptake of heavy metals by vegetables not only can contribute to the understanding of heavy metal translocation and accumulation process in plants, but also provide a theoretical basis for reducing the amount of heavy metals entering into food chain and the potential hazard on human health. Effect of different concentrations of Cu treatment on the growth, uptake and physiological characteristics of spinach were studied. Results showed that the growth of spinach was stimulated under 50mg/kg Cu treatment. Cu content in spinach increased with increasing Cu concentration treatment, but no significant difference (P〉0.05) was observed when Cu concentration treatment was less than 100 mg/kg. Cu content in spinach showed a positive correlation with Zn content. POD and CAT activity increased at the beginning and then dropped afterwards. Change of POD activity may be a physiological index in measuring Cu contamination of spinach.
