摘　　要：职业生涯管理理论有其内在的逻辑结构,系统地厘清其内在的理论内容、层次、难点及其未来的发展趋势,有助于深化该领域的理论研究和指导其在实践中的具体操作。本文从职业生涯管理理论的核心理念出发,对职业生涯管理领域有广泛影响的职业选择、发展、探索决策、主动建构等代表性理论进行了综述,揭示了其理论贡献和局限及其未来发展趋势,并在此基础上建立了职业生涯管理的实践操作模型。Career management theory possesses intrinsic logic framework. Clarifying systemically its contents, levels, focus as well as the tendency of development in the future helps to deepen the theoretical research in this field and practical operation. This paper, based on the core of career management theory, sums up some influential representative theories consisting of career selection, development, exploring, and construction and displays its theoretical contribution, limitation and its development trend. Meanwhile, it sets up practical operational model.
