摘　　要：围绕提高学生动手实践能力,培养创新型、复合型工程技术人才的目标,我院建立了以校内教学实验为基础,校内外工厂实习为载体,创新研究为目标的多元化实践教学体系。培养出一大批符合社会需求、基础知识扎实、实践能力和创新能力较强的专业复合型人才。To raise the practice ability of the students and develop their innovative and inter-disciplinary talents, a multiple teaching approach is formed based on intramural experiments,industrial practice and innovational research. And up to now a number of talents are cultivated to adapt to the society.
