摘 要:目的:研究3种不同的牙体轴面聚合度(5°,10°,15°)对GI-Ⅱ全瓷冠抗碎裂载荷的影响,为临床全瓷冠基牙预备找到较合适的轴面控制角度提供参考依据。方法:制备3组离体牙的轴面聚合度分别为5°,10°,15°,在其上制作GI-Ⅱ全瓷冠,固定形成试件后加压直至冠碎裂,采集数据后进行单因素方差分析。结果:5°与10°的轴面聚合度对GI-Ⅱ全瓷冠的抗碎裂载荷的影响无差别(P>0.05);而15°组与5°、10°组相比较则有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:超过一定范围的轴面聚合度对GI-Ⅱ全瓷冠的抗碎裂载荷能力是有影响的。Objective: To explore the effect of three different axial wall convergence angles (5°, 10°, 15°) on the fracture resistance of GI-Ⅱ all-ceramic crowns. Methods: Three different axial wall convergence angles (5°,10°, 15°) were prepared respectively. All-ceramic crowns were fabricated with the GI- Ⅱ all-ceramic repairing system. Then 15 specimens were loaded with compression to failure. The computer connected with testing machine collected and analyzed all signals. Results: No significant difference was found in the failure load values between GI-Ⅱ all-ceramic crowns with the convergence of 5 ° and 10° (P〉0.05). But higher failure load values were obtained from the GI- Ⅱ all ceramic crowns with the convergence of 15° than those with that of 5° and 10° (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Convergence angles in special scope are able to affect the fracture resistance of GI- Ⅱ all-ceramic crowns.
