摘 要:研究湖泊底泥的营养状态及营养状态对湖泊水质的影响。2007年5月在晋阳湖采集9个底泥样品,测定其含水率(WC)、烧失量(LOI)、总氮(TNs)、总磷(TPs)和藻类可利用性磷(AAP),同时对水体环境因子与各采样点的底泥指标进行相关性分析。结果表明,底泥含水率(WC)与水体溶解氧(DO)呈显著负相关;水体各环境因子与底泥烧失量的相关性不显著;底泥中的氮含量显著影响水体的氮含量,而其磷含量对水体中磷含量的影响不显著;底泥中藻类可利用性磷含量主要由水体温度、DO、COD和总氮TN决定。各采样点中,9的内源负荷最大,其WC、TNs、TPs、AAP均高于其他采样点。晋阳湖底泥中氮源对水体营养水平的提高有明显作用,而内源性磷污染不是晋阳湖水体磷污染的主要原因。本研究可为控制晋阳湖水体富营养化提供技术支持。The present paper is aimed at introducing our study on the characteristics of nitrogen and phosphorus in the sediments of Jinyang Lake, Shanxi, with our main stress on the study of the water content (WC), loss of organic ignition (LOI), the total nitrogen (TNs), the total phosphorus (TPs ), as well as the content of algae available phosphorus (AAP) . For our study purpose, we have investigated the characteristics of the lake sediment trophic state, the effect of the lake sediments on the water quality by collecting nine sediment samples from nine spots of the lake, which is the largest man-made lake in Taiyuan in 2007. Since sediment is the chief cause leading to the lake's endogenous contamination, it should also be one of the chief sources to produce nitrogen and phosphorus in the overlying water, though the environment condition of the overlying water may influence nitrogen and phosphorus release from the sediment. It is for this reason that we have also done necessary investigation over the distribution and correlation of phosphorus and nitrogen existence with the lake sediment. The results of our investigation and analysis have shown that the sample collected from No. 9 spot has had the maximum endogenous load, whose content of WC, TNs, TPs and AAP proved to be higher than those collected from any other spots. Therefore, in the long run, No. 9 spot is expected to bring about the greatest contribution to heightening the water trophic standard of the lake water. In addition, temperature, DO, COD and TN also influence the content of AAP. Our study has also revealed that the water content in the sediment is also an important factor negatively correlated with the DO, as well as the nitrogen content in the overlying water, respectively, however, the correlation is weak between LOI and the water quality. The TPs in sediment has also been found significantly correlated with the TN, though its influence on TP is not remarkable.
